  4. 1/2 cup cabbage, finely grated
  5. 1/4 cup french bean, chopped & steamed
  6. 1/4 cup green peas, boiled
  7. 1/4 cup curd
  8. to taste Salt
  9. 1 tbsp pomegranate arils
  10. 10 peanuts, roasted
  11. 1/4 tsp ghee
  12. 1/2 tsp rai
  13. 10 curry leaves
  14. As needed Coriander to garnish

Instructions to make to make Curd Rice

  1. Mix rice, curd and salt and mash this mixture slightly using back of spoon. Keep in the fridge while you perform rest of the steps. 2. 3.
  2. Into bowl, add cabbage, french beans, peas, curd and salt, give it a good mix. Keep aside.
  3. Now heat ghee in pan, add mustard seeds, let it splutter and gradually add curry leaves & peanuts.
  4. Next mix the rice curd mixture with veggie curd mixture, at this point check the salt.
  5. Add the mustard tadka to the curd rice and mix well.
  6. Lastly garnish with some pomegranate arils and fresh coriander.
