  1. In a pan take water add sugar, baking soda & vegetables. Boil it till vegetables are cook. Strain it.
  2. For gravy- take oil, onion chopped, tomatoes chopped & cashew nuts in a pan. saute it till tomatoes are messy & onions are cook. Cool down & make a paste.
  3. Take a pan put oil, butter & finely chopped onions & saute for 3-4 min. Add gravy cooked till oil separates. Than add masalas, ginger garlic paste & little water.cook till all masalas incorporate in the gravy. Add malai & mawa. Mix well
  4. Add vegetables, crumble paneer & kasuri methi.mix well
  5. Served with roti.
