- 1 tbsp Celery chopped
- 2 tbsp oil
Steps to make to make Mixed veg in my style
- First keep all veggiesready. Take nonstick stick pan.Heat oil add ginger garlic green chilli saute a little, add onion saute for one minute now add beans saute for a minute add carrot, cauliflower.,zucchini and again saute when half 3/4 done add capsicum and paneer saute again two minutes.
- Now add salt and soya sauce chilli sauce and tomato sauce mix well not overcooked veggies it should be crunchy. Now mix corn flour in 1/2 cup of water and pour in the veggies,cook for two minutes on slow heat add celery and mix it.
- Now dish out in a bowl and garnish with celery very yummy sweet and sour mix veggies is ready to be served and enjoy with roti kulcha or Parantha. I serve with masala poori,pindi chole and salad.You can use as starter as it is very delicious.
- No need to add vinegar as sauces have vinegar in it so extra we don't need
