- Add the clean and roughly chopped vegetables in a food processor. Cabbage, carrots, beans, capsicum and onion. Run the processor till the vegetables look evenly chopped. Remove 2 tablespoons of vegetables for the sauce.
- Add the ginger garlic paste, broken bread slices, corn starch, salt and pepper and run again. Remove in a mixing bowl. Bring everything together. If needed wet your hands or use drops of water to bring together.
- If you do not have a processor you can also do this manually or in any chopper.
- Make even sized balls.
- Heat oil in a vessel. Once the oil is medium hot fry the manchurian balls in it. Stir now and then for even cooking.
- Sauce preparation; Heat oil in a wok add chopped onion garlic and vegetable mix. Saute. I forgot to keep aside vegetable mix, hence chopped some again.
- In a small cup mix all the three sauces. Add the sauce mix to the vegetables and also add all the seasonings
- Add all the fried manchurian balls and mix. Switch off flame and keep covered for few minutes.
- Serve hot as a snack.
