  2. 5 kaffir lime leaves
  3. 3 salam leaves (bay leaves)
  4. 3 tablespoon cooking oil

  8. 250 ml light coconut milk
  9. 200 ml chicken stock
  10. 50 ml thickened coconut milk
  11. Spices (Ground)
  12. 3 big red chillies (add more if you like spicy)
  13. 5 cloves garlic
  14. 3 big French shallots
  15. 3 candlenuts, roasted
  16. 2 cm Gingger
  17. 2 cm galangal
  18. 1 teaspoon galangal powder (kaempferia galanga)
  19. 1 teaspoon cumin
  20. 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  21. 1 teaspoon pepper powder
  22. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  23. 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  24. to taste Salt
