- Put the glass bowl in the pot filled with water (350ml)
- Mix the egg yolk and sugar inside the glass bowl using whisker
- After the sugar mixed with the egg yolk, and the mixture is a bit compact, wait until it gets cold (not hot anymore)
- Put the heavy cream in another bowl
- Add salt into the bowl of heavy cream
- Mix heavy cream and the salt using whisker
- Mix until the heavy cream is compacted
- Add the egg and sugar mixture into heavy cream bowl
- Mix the mixture until it gets compacted
- Get ready for the biszkopty and the coffee
- Pour hot water into coffee powder, stir like when you want to make a cup of coffee
- Put the biszkopty into the coffee, let the cookie absorb the coffee
- Prepare the tiramisu bowl (rectangle shape)
- Pour the mixture into the bowl as a base
- Put one per one biszkopty into the bowl, arrange them in a proper row
- Pour the mixture above the biszkopty
- Put the biszkopty above the mixture for the second layer and close the layer with another pour of mixture
- Put the tiramisu to the refrigerator at least 6-7 hours until it gets cold and hard enough
- After 6-7 hours, pour the chocolate powder above the cake.
