  20. 1/4 cup cottage cheese

  1. Soak the saffron in the milk for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan and put ghee in it and fry the dry fruits and paneer and keep them aside.
  3. In the same pan add all the dry whole spice and saute for 20-30 seconds.
  4. Then add the chopped onion in it and saute till they become translucent.
  5. Then add the chopped tomatoes in it and cook till they become slender.
  6. Then add chopped veggies in it along with salt, turmeric powder and Maggi masala in it and cook for sometime.
  7. Then add cottage cheese in it and fry them.
  8. Add cooked rice in it along with the fried dry fruits, paneer and saffron milk.
  9. Mix it well and cook for 2-3 minutes in low flame.
  10. Add butter and then mix it and switch off the flame.
