- In nonstick kadhai add and heat oil,fry almonds- walnuts flakes till golden brown in colour. Keep aside for garnish.
- In same kadhai add all vegetables, grated ginger,salt to taste,soda bi carb. Mix and stir-fry vegetables on high flame till they are soft but cripsy.
- Add vinegar,soya sauce and red chilli sauce. Mix and add cooked rice(add salt if required). Mix well.
- Serve Hot Veggies Fried Rice garnishing with fried almonds- walnuts flakes.
