- 1 tbsp soy sauce

- Firstly prpare dough for Momos. for that in a big bowl add whaet flour, curd, salt & whater as needed & preadre dough. Not so soft not so hard kind of dough.
- For a stuffing in a large kadai heat 2 Tsp oil. Add green chilies, ginger & garlic saute for a while.
- Add mix veggies & saute for 2 mins.
- Add sprouted moong. and saute for a while.
- Add vinegar, soy sauce, black pepper powder, salt & mix well.
- Keep it aside. let it cool down on a room temprature. Meanwhile knead dough again.
- Pinch a small ball and flatten.
- Now dust with some wheat flour and start to roll using rolling pin. roll to almost medium thin circle. around 4 – 5 inch in diameter.
- Now place a heaped tbsp of prepared stuffing in centre.
- Give your desired shape to momos.
- Now ready your steamer. grease your steamer plate with little oil.
- Put your pleated momos on a plate. Keep momos away from each other.
- Furthermore, steam momos for 10-12 minutes.
- Finally, serve wheat momos hot with momos sauce or red chilli chutney.
