- Adjust consistency of batter by adding water if required
- Add eno to the batter and mix well
- Add mustard seeds curry leaves to oil
- Pour the batter to pan and spread evenly
- Close the lid and let it cook for 12-15mins on low-medium flame.
- Flip it then again cover the lid and cook for 3-4mins
- Take out in a serving plate..cut in pieces
- Serve with chutney and ketchup
