  9. 1-2 Green Chillies (Finely Chopped)
  10. 1 sprig Curry Leaves
  11. 1 Onion (Finely Chopped)

  13. 3/4 tsp Chilli Powder
  14. 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  15. 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  16. 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
  17. 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  18. 1 tsp Kitchen King Masala

  1. Clean and wash all the vegetables including onion, tomato green chillies and garlic and keep aside.
  2. Remove the skins of bottlegourd, carrot, potato, onion and garlic.
  3. Cut all the vegetables and keep aside.
  4. Heat mustard oil in a cooking pan. Add a pinch of mustard seeds and allow it to crackle. Add asafoetida.
