- In the same oil add onions and cook till changes colour,add tomatoes with ginger garlic and cashews cook for 2 minutes once cools grind them into fine paste
- Now take oil add bay leaf and red chillies with grounded paste and red chilli powder, Turmeric and garam masala powder mix and cook till oil releases
- Add water and salt and mix well,now add sauted veggies and cook on medium flame for 10 to 12 minutes
