- 1 cup chicken cubes
- 1 bell pepper red
- 1 green bell pepper
- 2 carrots
- 1/2 cup peas boiled
- 1 whole garlic
- 2 tsp oil
- 2 Tsp Soya sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 2 Spring onion
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp chicken powder
- 1 small onion
- 1 Tsp chilli sauce
- 4 French beans
Instructions to make to make Stir fry
- In pan add oil chopped garlic & add chicken pieces fry it till it tender..
- Cut all vegetables into strips.. boil peas, carrots & French beans for 5 min..
- In same pam on high flame add all vegetables add all seasoning & cook for 5 min on medium to high flame..
- Don't overcook it otherwise crunchyness & colour of vegetables fades..
- Enjoy with white rice..
