  1. In a deep pan or wok.. heat 2tbspn oil. Now add finely chopped onion. Saute a bit and add finely chopped garlic.Add finely chopped carrot, beans, capsicum and cabbage. Saute for 1minute in medium high heat.
  2. Now add salt to taste And add all the sauces. Tomato,Schezwan Sauce and Soya Sauce. Mix well
  3. Finely add the cooked rice. Check for salt, add according to taste. GIve it a good mix.
  4. Add finely chopped spring onion. Mix well. Serve hot!
  5. Useful Tips: 1.) While boiling the rice put 1 tbspn oil. By doing this the rice after boiling wont stick to each other. 2.) The rice should be just cooked. That is it should be 90% cooked. 3.) Cook the rice a day before or at least 4hrs before the final cook. This way the starch that is released from the rice stiffens again. And hence will tossing it with veggies it does not get mushy and remains intact.
