  9. 2 tbsp chopped carrot
  10. 2 tbsp chopped raddish
  11. 2 tbsp chopped chauli
  12. 2 tbsp chopped French beans
  13. 2 tbsp chopped capsicum
  14. 3 tbsp chopped cauliflower
  15. 3 tbsp chopped cabbage
  16. 1/4 cup chopped Brinjal
  17. 2 tbsp chopped bottle gourd
  18. 2 tbsp chopped sweet potatoes
  19. 2 tbsp chopped pumpkin
  20. 1 cup chopped potatoes
  21. 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  22. 1 cup chopped green onions
  23. 2 tbsp chopped green turmeric
  24. 2 tbsp amba haldi
  25. 1 tbsp mung daal
  26. 1 tbsp tuvar dal
  27. 1 tbsp chana dal
  28. 8-10 cloves garlic
  29. 1 tbsp cumin
  30. 1 tbsp oil
  31. 1 tsp asafoetida
  32. 1 cup grounded peanuts
  33. To taste Salt
  34. 1/2 tsp turmeric
  35. 1 tsp as per taste chilli powder
  36. 2 lemons

Steps to make to make Kathiyawadi Ghuto

  1. Wash all vegetables thoroughly.
  2. Peel and chop all vegetables.
  3. Wash all dals.
  4. In a haandi add water. Once it's hot add daals. After few minutes add green peas, pigeon peas and broad beans.
  5. Add one by one all vegetables starting from hard one to soft one. Add all greens. This is to be cooked on medium flame for 45-50 minutes.
  6. Add tomatoes. Cook it nicely. Once cooked close the flame.
  7. Once bit cool, blend everything with blender.cook on slow flame.
  8. Add all spices and garam masala. Add grounded peanuts.
  9. In a tadka pan add oil. Add cumin and crushed garlic. Add asafoetida. Add chilli powder and add this tadka to ghuto.
  10. Add two lemon juice and chopped coriander.
  11. Enjoy this heavenly healthy food with bajra rotla and ghorvu.
