  1. Dry roast suji till golden brown. In a kadhai add oil when become hot add urad dal, jeera, green chillies.
  2. Add chopped onion and vegetables. Saute for a minute. Then add roasted suji and mix it well. Add sugar, salt lemon juice in it.
  3. Then add boiled water. Let be cook for 5 -7 min. If required add more water. Soft suji upma is ready. Garnish with sev and lemon.
