- In a pressure cooker add oil, add mustard seed, jeera, asafotedia, turmeric powder, white pumpkin, red pumpkin, tamoto, carrots, peas, French beans, saute.
- Add rice and toor dal, add bisibele Bhat powder, red chilli powder, tamarind juice, jaggery and add water 4 to 5 cups
- And get 2 whistles. For tempering.
- Add oil in a pan add mustard seed, jeera, asafotedia, turmeric powder, curry leaves, dry red chilli, cashews, and chopped coriander leaves, put tempering in cooker.
- Remove lid of cooker and add tempering to it. Serve hot. Put ghee on top of it.
- Serve with boondi raita, khara boondi, raita, papad etc.
