  27. 12-15 cashew nuts

  1. Cook rice with all the ingredients
  2. Chop all the veggies crush ginger garlic
  3. Put washed spinach n almonds in a mixer jar to make puree
  4. Heat ghee in a wok/kadhai
  5. Add cumin seeds bay leaf cinnamon stick ginger garlic and onions
  6. Add potato peas and cook for 2mins
  7. Then add carrot beans and cook again.
  8. Add salt biryani masala garam masala and spinach puree
  9. Mix, cover n cook.
  10. Add rice and make a nice layer
  11. Heat ghee in a pan add cashews raisins fry and take out. then fry onions till they are little caramelised.Then make nice layer.
  12. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  13. Serve it.
