- Grind it in a mixer to make tomato onion puree.
- For tadka-Heat 1 tbsp oil in the pan, add 1 pinch hing cumin seeds when crackles, add tomato-onion puree. Mix it well.
- Add 1/2 tsp garam masala,1/2tsp red chilli powder,1/2tsp salt or salt to taste. Mix it well, cook on medium-high flame for 5 minutes
- Now add fresh mix green and french beans, florets of broccoli. Mix it well.
