  2. Heat oil in a kadai or pan.
  3. Add the chopped veggies and begin to fry them.

  15. Add chopped capsicum and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
  16. Add some water if needed.
  17. In last add fried paneer cubes and cook for another 5 minutes.
  18. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or paratha.
